Jackie Crawley

Jackie Crawley is a native of South Carolina, who grew up in Philadelphia, PA and lived in southern New Jersey for more than 40 years. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior at the age of 20 and soon after became a member of Deliverance Evangelistic Church, now renamed Faith Deliverance Worship Center in Burlington New Jersey. Under the dynamic leadership of the late Apostle Eric F. Ricks and his wife, Rev. Vernell Ricks, Jackie was encouraged to develop her God-given gift of teaching, and served for years teaching Sunday School, Children’s Church, Vacation Bible School and evening adult bible classes.

Jackie was a founding member of Christian Women’s Seminars Inc. of Burlington, New Jersey, a non-denominational ministry formed by Rev. Leatrice Caldwell in the 1980s. Its mission was to instruct, encourage, and equip women in their Christian walk.
Jackie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania and worked for more than 35 years in managerial roles in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, primarily in the healthcare sector.

Upon retiring, Jackie moved back “home” to South Carolina and is currently an active member of New Life Deliverance Worship Center in Spartanburg, SC under the leadership of Apostle Bunty Desor. There she serves as a Children’s Church and Vacation Bible School teacher as well as a member of the women’s ministry.
When asked why now is the right time for Basking In His Presence Ministries, Jackie’s response is “There are women waiting to hear what you and I have to say. Your life experiences are not just for you! Someone needs to hear YOUR story and needs THEIR story to be heard! No matter how far you’ve fallen or how high you’ve risen…..there is still kingdom work to be done…and we want to do that work by hosting one awesome event at a time!”

Jackie is divorced and resides in Roebuck, South Carolina.
