Q1. What are your payment methods?

Cash, Check and Zelle.

Q2. What is the deadline for registering for this retreat?

A.The deadline for registering is May 1, 2026. Final payment is due June 1, 2026.

Q3. What time does the event begin on Friday? I’m not sure I will arrive until very late.

A. Check-in begins at 4pm on Friday. Dinner is 6pm-7pm. Our opening ceremony begins at 7:15pm AND YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS IT!!! We want all of the women to fully participate, as it is a time for bonding and growing through fellowship and enrichment.

Q4. I don’t want to participate in a portion of the planned activities. Can I have a different rate?

A. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate that request. Besides, you will not want to miss out on any of our activities and events.

Q5. Can my friend/colleague attend the retreat with me?

A. Yes! We would be glad to have them. All women 16 and older are welcomed. No children are allowed.

Q6. How should I dress?

A. While there is no formal dress code, we encourage you to dress casually and comfortably, including jeans, slacks, and sneakers. You can bring a swimsuit if you’d like since swimming is available at no added cost.

Q7. I am no longer able to attend. Can I get my money back?

A. Unfortunately, we have a No Refund policy. However, you may transfer the money to another person who will attend in your place.

Q8. I need a roommate. Will you match me with someone?

A. Sorry. You have to build your own room roster. We will, however, inform you when we know of others who may be looking for a roommate.
